Irwin Mitchell’s leading International Travel Litigation Group has received reports that a large number of holidaymakers staying at the Bodrum Holiday Resort and Spa in Turkey have suffered from illness including symptoms of diarrhoea and sickness whilst on holiday in September and October 2013.
Despite some positive reviews, there have been a number of reports in relation to the food served at the hotel, with some holidaymakers describing it as ‘terrible’. There have also been further complaints that the food served at the hotel was ‘repetitive’ and was not served at the correct temperature.
One holidaymaker complained that there was flies all over the place and that you ‘couldn’t sit and eat without a fly enjoying your food with you’. Guests have also complained about the general cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel and the attitude of the staff at the hotel.
