Club Magico Bronzo
Irwin Mitchell has received concerning reports of illness amongst holiday guests staying at the Club Magico Bronzo in Turkey. Recent reports relate to holidays taken from October 2011.
Holiday makers have suggested that they were disappointed with the hotel room as they found the room to be unclean, with their bed sheets not being changed at all whilst they holidayed at the resort for 14 days. The holidaymakers also complained about the bathroom plumbing as the shower drain was constantly blocked and resulted in flooding the bedroom area.
It is believed that holidaymakers at the resort had also fallen ill with acute gastric symptoms and as a result, guests were hospitalised.
It is possible that the gastric symptoms suffered by the guests whilst holidaying at the resort was caused due to a breakdown in food and hygiene and food handling procedures. Irwin Mitchell were concerned to learn that holidaymakers holidaying at the resort noticed food left uncovered for a long period of time and the kitchen areas were plagued with flying insects along with birds and cats.
