Fantasia Hotel De Luxe, Kusadasi, Turkey, 2015

We’ve received a report of illness from a holidaymaker who stayed at the Fantasia Hotel De Luxe, Kusadasi, Turkey, during August 2015.

The tourist said that a child in their party fell ill whilst staying at the hotel. The child had to seek medical attention upon their return to the UK as they were continuing to suffer symptoms.

The holidaymaker reports that the youngster suffered from diarrhoea, vomiting, fever, weight loss and loss of appetite.

Despite a number of positive reviews of the resort, guests in this party have raised concerns that on occasions new food was being mixed with old food, and sometimes it appeared that food from one meal was being re-used at a later sitting.  Cats were also seen roaming around the restaurants.

We have extensive experience in dealing with holiday illness claims and have helped thousands of tourists receive compensation.
