Irwin Mitchell’s International Personal Injury experts are concerned to learn that guests fell ill whilst staying at the Grand Panorama Hotel in Turkey, between July and August 2015.
Despite some positive reviews, holidaymakers have reported that some of the food was cold, bland and seem to be recycled between meals. It has also been suggested that flies had been seen all over the food.
Guests have also claimed that there were a number of safety hazards at the resort, suggesting that a family member cut open their foot because of broken flooring near the pool. This guest needed hospital treatment as a consequence.
Furthermore, guests have also reported falling ill with gastric symptoms, with one holidaymaker also expressing that they suffered with an ear infection.
