Irwin Mitchell has become aware of illness affecting some holidaymakers who have recently travelled to the Holiday Village Manar in Turkey in May 2013.
Despite some positive reports, recent reports suggest that some holidaymakers who stayed at the hotel in May have suffered from gastric illnesses following their stay at the hotel.
One holidaymaker reported that the food was ‘horrendous’ and reported the food to be ‘luke warm, mostly undercooked and sometimes just plain raw’. The holidaymaker reported that on one occasion they were served pork which was raw and had blood seeping from it. The holidaymaker reported that they saw bugs and wasps on top of the food and upon reporting this the food still remained uncovered.
During their two week stay at this hotel, the holidaymakers became ill and their holidays were spoilt by this. They also had problems using the children’s clubs and felt the entertainment provided was of a poor quality.
