Irwin Mitchell is currently acting for a group of holidaymakers who travelled to the Kadikale Resort & Spa, Bodrum Peninsula, in Turkey during May 2010.
It is reported that holidaymakers became ill possibly due to the failures in poor food hygiene standards at the hotel. Complaints include chicken not being properly refrigerated and food being served luke warm.
