Kervansaray Hotel, Marmaris

Leading travel litigation lawyers at Irwin Mitchell are concerned that despite positive reviews holidaymakers are returning from the Kervansaray Hotel in Marmaris, Turkey with gastric illnesses.

Despite a number of positive reviews it has been reported that a number of guests have been suffering symptoms including severe diarrhoea and dehydration, some of whom have been hospitalised as a result.

Irwin Mitchell have successfully represented clients who fell ill at this hotel in 2008 with Salmonella and were able to obtain a five figure settlement for them. More recently, Irwin Mitchell have successfully represented a group of 7 clients who stayed at the hotel in the summer of 2010, three of whom fell ill with the serious infection, Cryptosporidium. Liability has been admitted by Thomas Cook in this action and settlements for 6 of the 7 claims have followed with proceedings issued for the final claim.

If you also travelled to this resort and have subsequently suffered from symptoms of gastric illness, Irwin Mitchell, who specialise in dealing with cases of such nature, would like to hear from you if you have suffered after staying at this hotel.
