WHAT THE EXPERTS SAY
"The team has so many contacts with foreign insurers and so many people with foreign languages that it is miles ahead of others."
Chambers and Partners (2014)
Specialist travel lawyers at Irwin Mitchell have received reports of some holidaymakers raising concerns in relation to their stay at the L’Ambiance Hotel in Turkey in March 2014.
Despite some positive reviews on consumer websites such as Trip Advisor, the BBC’s Holiday Hit Squad visited the hotel in an episode aired on BBC1 on 13 March 2014. They reported that some food served in the restaurant was not hot enough and that some of the food was being recycled. It was also noted that the kitchen had mould growing on the ceiling.
Holidaymakers have reported on Trip Advisor how the food tasted ‘dry and off’. Further reports related to some of the Hotel rooms with holidaymakers complaining some hotel room floors were filthy, some bedding was stained, some curtains were ripped and on occasions no hot water supplied.
It was also reported how one holidaymaker was sick and it took three days for the sick to be cleaned up.
If you also travelled to this resort and have subsequently suffered from illness, Irwin Mitchell, who specialise in dealing with cases of such nature, would like to hear from you.
