Paloma Oceana Hotel

Irwin Mitchell has been instructed to act on behalf of holidaymakers who stayed at the Paloma Ocean Hotel, Turkey in October 2012, one of whom contracted symptoms of gastric illness during the holiday.

One of the couple suffered with diarrhoea and severe stomach cramps which led to the holidaymaker being hospitalised in Turkey. As a result he was unable to board his flight home as scheduled, and was still ill upon return home.

Despite some positive reviews, it is alleged that on some occasions eggs were undercooked and runny, chicken was pink at the bone and food was left uncovered in the restaurant.
