Pascha Bay, 2015

International Personal Injury experts from Irwin Mitchell are concerned to learn of recent reports of guests falling ill with gastric symptoms during holidays taken at the Pascha Bay, in Turkey, between July and August 2015.

Despite positive reviews, Irwin Mitchell has learnt of reports regarding holidaymakers who fell ill whilst staying at the hotel. Guests have reported that the food and hygiene levels were poor at the resort with “cooks handling raw and then cooked fried chicken with the same spatula.” Further reports stated that a visitor saw “staff taking food from tables and adding back into serving bowls.”

Holidaymakers have claimed that “there was a smell of sewage coming from the bathroom” with others expressing that the pool was “closed every day for at least three hours due to accidents.”

Guests have said that they fell ill with an upset stomach and diarrhoea for at least half of their two week stay.

If you also travelled to the Pascha Bay in Turkey and have subsequently suffered from symptoms of illness, Irwin Mitchell, who specialise in dealing with cases of such nature, would like to hear from you.

"We were very happy with the outcome of our case, especially as we were initially offered nothing from the Tour Operator. Irwin Mitchell were very professional throughout and we are very happy with the outcome."
