International personal injury specialists from Irwin Mitchell have been contacted by holidaymakers after they suffered illness following their stay at the Sensatori Resort in Side, Turkey, in August 2014.
The holidaymakers reported suffering with gastrointestinal symptoms including diarrhoea, vomiting and abdominal pain. The guests were also aware of others at the hotel experiencing similar symptoms.
The tourists had many complaints regarding the hotel restaurant. They noticed that fresh food was sometimes added to existing dishes, food was often not covered and on some occasions, birds were seen in the restaurant. It was also reported by a guest that a staple was found in a holidaymaker’s panini.
