Marsham Court Hotel, Bournemouth, 2015

Irwin Mitchell’s specialist Public Health team has been contacted by individuals who suffered gastrointestinal illness following stays at the Marsham Court Hotel, Bournemouth, in April 2015.

In April 2015, the three-star 87-room hotel was forced to close temporarily for deep cleaning following guests becoming ill. Visitors from two separate wedding parties were amongst those believed to have been affected by symptoms including vomiting, stomach pains, diarrhoea and lethargy.

Specialist public health lawyers at Irwin Mitchell, who are already acting for over 200 victims of the Toby Carvery outbreak, have begun making enquiries regarding the problems reported by guests who stayed at the Marsham Court Hotel.

If you have also visited the Marsham Court Hotel and have subsequently suffered from symptoms of illness or sustained injury, Irwin Mitchell, who specialise in cases of this nature, would like to hear from you.

For more advice on making an illness claim, contact Irwin Mitchell on 0800 056 0066 or complete our enquiry form and we will be happy to call you back.

"We were very happy with the outcome of our case, especially as we were initially offered nothing from the Tour Operator. Irwin Mitchell were very professional throughout and we are very happy with the outcome."
