The International Travel Litigation team at Irwin Mitchell Solicitors are concerned to hear about a mum of two who died of Legionnaires’ disease after showering at a Pontins holiday camp in 2009.

Pontins Ltd, which went into administration last year, is charged with putting the lives of staff and guests at the park near Blackpool at risk. The case is due to be heard at Preston Crown Court.

If you also travelled to a Pontins resort and suffered from illness, Irwin Mitchell would like to hear from you as you may be able to claim for your ruined holiday, and also, the pain and suffering caused by the illness that you sustained.
