The Grand Hotel, Llandudno

Irwin Mitchell has read a report from one group of holidaymakers who fell ill during their stay at the Grand Hotel, Wales in August 2013.

The group complained about a smell in their room, which developed throughout the holiday. One of the holidaymakers fell ill during their stay suffering from nausea, dizzy spells and bad headaches. Despite some positive reviews, the holidaymakers also had concerns that some of the food was often served lukewarm.
