Austrian Coach Crash

In August 2004, a party of British tourists were returning by coach from an excursion to Berchtesgarten in the German Alps.  A minibus was overtaking the coach when it hit the front causing the coach to swerve and roll down a banking.

Holiday Accident Claim

The driver of the minibus was found guilty of causing the death of 5 people and injuring forty others and was sentenced to twelve months imprisonment, suspended from driving for 3 years and was fined €3,600.

We are currently acting for a group of twelve passengers injured and relatives of a further passenger who died in the accident.

A claim has been brought against the owners of the minibus in Austria, we are continuing to fight for compensation for our clients.
