Holiday Accident Iceland
A claim was brought on behalf of Mr Quick in Iceland with the assistance of an Icelandic lawyer. The hotel failed to ensure that the hotel room and in particular the shower cubicle was safe and that the door was established on the rails or that the door was made of safety glass to comply with Icelandic law.
After negotiations with the hotel’s insurers, Mr Quick recovered compensation in the sum of £3958.30
