Hotel in Tunisia - Asthma Attack Claim

£7000 Recovered Following Asthma Attack in Hotel in Tunisia

We represented a client who travelled to the Royal Kenz Hotel in Tunisia between the 4th of September 2002 and 18th September 2002. At the time of his holiday he was a known asthma sufferer but his symptoms were under control with medication from his GP. After complaining of cockroaches in the room his hotel room was fumigated twice without his knowledge and after the staff at the hotel had been told that he suffered from asthma. After his room was fumigated the claimant had a severe asthma attack requiring medical attention. He was unwell for approximately three to four months.

The Claimant was successful at Trial and was awarded £7000 in damages as compensation.

If you or anyone that you know has been affected by a similar incident please contact us, as you might be eligible to a compensation claim.
