Vik Hotel Arena Blanca, Punta Cana, Dominican Republic

Leading expert illness lawyers at Irwin Mitchell are concerned to receive reports of gastric illness at the Vik Hotel Arena Blanca, Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic with the most recent reports coming from June 2012.

Guests have reportedly been suffering from symptoms including severe headache, severe abdominal pain, vomiting and severe diarrhoea with mucus in stools.

Food was said to be undercooked or raw and was reheated and represented later in the day. Guests have allegedly observed the cross contamination of food, with raw and cooked meats being placed on the same surfaces which is a known risk factor in respect of bacterial infections.

If you have also travelled to this hotel and subsequently suffered from symptoms of gastric illness or sustained an injury, Irwin Mitchell, who specialise in dealing with cases of such nature, would like to hear from you.
