Domina Coral Bay Resort, Sharm El Sheikh

The expert International Travel Litigation team at Irwin Mitchell have been contacted by a holidaymaker who has been affected by gastric illness whilst staying at the Domina Coral Bay Resort, Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt in December 2011.

Complaints made by the holidaymaker, include that food was of a poor standard with it being served undercooked and left out uncovered. He is one of a number of holidaymakers who have complained about the food served at the hotel.

It is possible that the problems experienced were due to a breakdown in hygiene procedures, as well as a failure to prevent illness occurring amongst guests at the resort..
