Irwin Mitchell are concerned after being contacted by a number of clients who have suffered illness during their holiday at the Jaz Mirabel Park Hotel in Egypt in July 2012.

Holidaymakers have contacted Irwin Mitchell reporting symptoms of diarrhoea, vomiting and abdominal pains, some of whom required medical assistance whilst on holiday. These holidaymakers have reported complaints to include food being occasionally served at incorrect temperatures, such as chicken, pork and beef served luke-warm rather than piping hot, food left uncovered for long periods of time and food, such as southern fried chicken, being served on more than one sitting.

Symptoms of gastric illness usually include diarrhoea, vomiting and abdominal pains.

Irwin Mitchell has previously acted for holidaymakers who suffered from illness whilst at this hotel in 2011.
