Irwin Mitchell has received a report of illness contracted by a holidaymaker and his partner after their stay at the Club Hotel Dolphin, Sri Lanka in January 2014.

Despite a number of positive reviews the holidaymaker reports that both he and his partner fell ill with symptoms of diarrhoea and vomiting.

The holidaymaker reports how his partner had to attend hospital because of the symptoms suffered. He also says he was still ill upon return home.
