Families struck by illness at the Alaiye Spa & Resort recover damages exceeding £25,000

One client who fell ill with severe gastric symptoms and whose symptoms continue affect him on a daily basis. After lengthy negotiations with the Tour Operator, Thomas Cook Tour Operations Limited, Irwin Mitchell was able to successfully recover compensation for this client in excess of £16,000.
Irwin Mitchell was also successful in negotiating compensation for other members of the group whose symptoms were fortunately short-lived, recovering an additional £9,540.
