Illness Reported at Club Hotel Maxima

Irwin Mitchell has received numerous complaints from holidaymakers who holidayed at the Club Hotel Maxima during August 2010, which is located along the Aegean Coast in Turkey.

Irwin Mitchell is eager to hear from anyone who has contracted illness or sustained an injury during their holiday at this hotel as we have recently received reports of holidaymakers returning from the hotel after contracting food poisoning. It is reported that holidaymakers contracted symptoms of abdominal pains, sickness, vomiting and diarrhoea. It is suspected that the illness may be due to the poor quality of food and the lack of hygiene standards practiced at the hotel. It is alleged that one of the poor dishes served at the hotel on a daily basis was sheep's kidneys.
Holidaymakers were required to seek medical attention or resort to treating themselves. Some guests were placed on an IV drip and had their bloods tested. It is also reported that holidaymakers are still suffering upon their return from the hotel.

Irwin Mitchell would like to hear from you if you have suffered from gastric illness after staying at this hotel as you may be able to claim compensation for your ruined holiday, and also, the pain and suffering caused by the illness that you sustained. For more advice on making a holiday illness claim, contact us on 0800 056 0066 or complete our enquiry form and we will call you back.

"We were very happy with the outcome of our case, especially as we were initially offered nothing from the Tour Operator. Irwin Mitchell were very professional throughout and we are very happy with the outcome."
