Skiing Accident in France

£7,000 recovered following ski accident in France

Our client collided with another skier and suffered a number of injuries including a fractured tibia and fibula in her left leg (which left scarring on her left knee, below the knee, above the ankle and in front of the ankle), neck pain, back pain and bruising on her right forearm.

The other skier was English and so we were able to proceed with a claim against him and his insurance company here in England.

Following commencement of formal legal proceedings, we were able to negotiate settlement on behalf of our client for £7,000.

"We were very happy with the outcome of our case, especially as we were initially offered nothing from the Tour Operator. Irwin Mitchell were very professional throughout and we are very happy with the outcome."
